Shipping policy

Sunniville is a family-run ceramics studio. Every bauble is handmade, carefully wrapped and posted by us from Dublin.

Delivery cost in Ireland and Northern Ireland: postage is €7.00 per order, the same price in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Orders over €65.00 are posted free.

Posting abroad: we post to the UK, Europe and further afield. Each parcel weighs under 500 g, and postage is:

Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales), France, Germany and the Netherlands: €10.00

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland: €12.00

USA, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea and the United Arab Emirates: €17.00

Australia and New Zealand: €23.50

Customs and duties: orders sent outside the EU can be charged customs duty, taxes or handling fees by the destination country. These are not included in our postage and are paid by the person receiving the parcel.

Delivery time in Ireland and Northern Ireland: we post orders with An Post. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery once your order has been posted.

Delivery time abroad: international orders take longer. Please allow 5 to 10 business days once your order has been posted to Great Britain and Europe, and 10 to 15 business days to the USA, Canada, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. These are estimates, not guarantees, and customs checks in the destination country can add further delay.

Posting times: we aim to post orders within a few working days of receiving them. Handmade items can occasionally take a little longer in the busy Christmas period, and we will email you if there is a delay.

Confirmation: once your order is on its way we will email you a shipping confirmation.

Packaging: ceramic is fragile, so every bauble is wrapped by hand and packed in a small gift box to protect it in transit.

Damaged or lost parcels: if your order arrives damaged, or has not arrived when expected, please email us at shay@sunniville.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo of any damage, and we will make it right.
