These terms apply to purchases made on sunniville.com, which is run by Sunniville, a family-run ceramics studio in Dublin, Ireland. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products: every Sunniville piece is handmade, so colour, glaze and shape vary slightly from the photos on the website. Descriptions and photos are as accurate as we can make them.

Prices and payment: prices are shown in euro. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may cancel an order if a price or stock level was shown in error, and we will refund you in full.

Delivery: see our shipping policy for delivery costs and times.

Returns and refunds: see our return and refund policy.

Your details: we only use your personal information to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. See our privacy policy.

Care: ceramic is fragile and not unbreakable. Please handle your bauble with care, and hang it securely.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Nothing in them affects your statutory consumer rights.
